Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay the selected monthly subscription amount on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is required to begin and continue services. Failed or late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for completed work, setup time, software configuration, strategy, or active billing periods.
No Guarantee Clause
Beefy Tech Systems provides websites, automations, AI tools, CRM systems, SEO support, and marketing technology. Beefy Tech Systems does not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, lead volume, sales results, or business outcomes.
Ownership and Access
Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, branding assets, login access, and approvals. Systems built inside Beefy Tech Systems platforms, snapshots, templates, and automations remain the property of Beefy Tech Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, access credentials, business information, media assets, and payment information needed to complete the work.
